The PDA

All Fleet vehicles contain the PDA (pocket pc) monitoring system incorporating sat.nav. for efficient route planning, linked directly, via satellite to our office thereby allowing us immediate access to their exact position (withing 5 metres) at all times, furthermore the PDA monitor doubles as a mobile phone giving us contact with the driver should they be outside of their vehicles.

On completion of the journey, we can, if required either fax a signed receipt note or alternatively e-mail a copy of our on screen signature capture to our customers.

Account customers are welcomed alternatively each driver can accept in vehicle credit/debit card payments.
