ACCESSIBLE VEHICLES

We have, with our continuing business partnership with the NHS and local authorities, not forgetting feedback from our customers, introduced wheelchair accessible vehicles for the comfort of your journey. The world of transport - especially for people with disabilities - is changing rapidly therefore Fleet have been accredited with the PATS (passenger Assistant) certificate and our drivers are fully trained in recognising any special needs of our customers.

Working in partnership with Primary Care Trusts (PCT's) we feel it is vital that we share the same approach towards meeting the needs of their community, and being aware of the potentially frail nature of some passengers is of utmost importance. It is equally important that this awareness is in turn, passed on to our drivers and internal office staff. That is why we place such great emphasis on staff training.
